Your work directly supports Commercial team and helps us deliver innovation, quality, and value to our customers and partners worldwide.

Why this role matters

Your responsibilities include sales of flower seedlings to flower growers nationwide.

You will also handle product sales and trial cultivation surveys (Commissioned trial cultivation of new cut flower varieties in Japan to evaluate suitability for Japan's climate and market).

Drive top- and bottom-line growth  

• Deliver budgeted sales and profit increases across an assigned account base.  
• Systematically prospect and convert high-value targets to expand market share within the territory.

Own the full account life cycle  

• Make regular face-to-face sales calls to strengthen relationships, uncover needs, and create solutions that lock in loyalty and volume.  
• Design, launch, and monitor field trials that convert test plots into commercial sales.

Your profile

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. You are fluent in English, and thrive in an international, fast-paced setting. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and bring both creativity and analytical thinking to the table.

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications, particularly with Excel
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the horticulture industry required
• Sales position that will require finding and developing new opportunities, self-sufficient in day-to-day activities responsible for executing a territory plan
• Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and team player facilitating cross-functional collaboration
