Why this role matters
The Customer Service (CS) team in Japan plays a critical role by handling import operations and order management for Japanese customers.
This position manages the Japan CS team (5 members) and leads operational excellence, process improvement, system alignment, customer satisfaction enhancement, and contribution to profitability.

Your profile
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. You are fluent in English, and thrive in an international, fast-paced setting. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and bring both creativity and analytical thinking to the table.
- Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain
- People management experience (3+ team members for 1+ years)
- Demonstrated track record in process improvement or BPR
- Experience communicating with overseas offices (English written communication required)
- Solid understanding of system operations and data management
